A global insurer wanted to build an approach to customer proposition design and delivery that would enable them to share the best experience and practice where possible. We were excited to help them to build the approach, build the knowledge base, research and write material to drive further knowledge on their customer bases, identify local team members to drive forwards locally and build their knowledge and confidence through a managed network and training program.
