Retention of data
We retain the data you have provided us with for our records and documentation/invoices unless you have specifically asked us not to. We retain data for up to 7 years in order to ensure we maintain records of our contracts, invoices, proposals and projects.

We will not publish your personal information unless requested or consented to by you for a legitimate reason e.g. a jointly published article or business collaboration.
For networking purposes, you may request that we pass on your details to others. This will only be done based upon formal request from you.
We will only transfer your information overseas if you or your subsidiaries are based overseas and this has been requested by you.
In the future, we would like to send you invitations to events, information about training, products, content and services and other material which may be of interest to you.
