  • A mentoring programme, delivered remotely, for a Customer Management Programme Director in New Zealand.
  • We carried out a remote check of their customer strategy.
  • Set out input to their roles & responsibilities.
  • Assisted in the delivery of a customer management model for their company using our methodology and wealth of experience.
  • Provided coaching for 1 Quarter for the programme
  • Enabled them to gain credibility with a new board and unlock budget for their customer management approach.

Interim support

Do you feel that you can’t take your eye off the ball for day-to-day deliverables, but this is preventing you from driving new proposition developments?

Do you need to fill a role with an experienced pair of hands,.. But can’t find the right ones?

It can be difficult to find the space to deliver new ideas and drive change, particularly if you have a small company or team. We are a good fit, we value teamwork highly and have a strong ethos of transferring knowledge to those we work with.

  • Once the programme was set up and appropriate team members trained we provided an ongoing mentoring programme to the new programme manager.
  • Injected creative customer challenge into the design of a new customer proposition for an organization in Denmark.
  • Using our experience and method we designed challenge workshops and material to push the team thinking forwards.
  • We enabled the team to identify their priorities and set out a plan to incorporate the new ideas into their delivery programme.
