Our story
2010 is a special year for the founding members of Customer Essential, we have been helping companies with their customer management challenges for 10 years.
We are very proud of Customer Essential and our achievements over the past 10 years. In particular more than 300 projects and 57 clients, and 1000’s of people across 15 countries we have worked with.
Our customers have been our best sales people, with an amazing 80% of our business coming from referrals.
It has been our mission to create a consultancy approach, which would make a real difference to the companies and people it interacts with. Our approach is to inject knowledge, ideas, ability, and support at the right time in the customer management delivery process to propel the organization forwards.

The team shares a passion for customer management, and is made up of experts in their own fields. We all have a wealth of experience in delivery as well as consultancy of customer management. We have developed a strong network of experts who share this ethos.
Since the initiation of the business we have helped many organisations, in particular; blue-chip, small, charitable, public sector, financial services, oil and gas, energy, technology, automotive, membership, and other consultancy companies.
The team continues to innovate tools and methods to enable companies to gain maximum benefit from CE customer management knowledge and experience.
